Cranberry Cornbread Stuffing Printer friendly recipe
Makes 12 Servings
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups apple cider or apple juice
3/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons butter
One 16-ounce bag Cornbread Stuffing (such as Pepperidge Farm)
- Place the water, apple cider, cranberries, and butter in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from the heat, add the stuffing mix, and toss lightly with a fork until moist throughout.
- Serve right away or place in a covered casserole dish and bake at 325°F for about 30 minutes.
