We’ve been obsessed with smoothie bowls since the summer when their popularity exploded on Instagram … and we’ve been obsessed with adult (and kid) coloring books ever since they became top sellers on Amazon. And now, we’ve combined our love of smoothie bowls and coloring books for The Smoothie Bowl Coloring Cookbook.
And guess what: You can now download the book for FREE by visiting our Thanks page.

We worked with our friends at New England Dairy & Food Council to create this recipe. Each serving has 20% of your daily requirement for calcium, and the low-fat milk also provides nutrients like bone-building vitamin D, immune-boosting vitamin A, and protein.
Our Wild Blueberry Blast Smoothie Bowl is rich in antioxidants (did you know that wild blueberries have twice the antioxidants as their cultivated cousins?), and in the book, it’s followed by this adorable blueberry-bedazzled mandala design. For the complete recipe, visit the Wild Blueberries blog.
We partnered with our friends at the California Avocado Commission to create this “makeover” of key lime pie. Filled with healthy monounsaturated fat and nutrients like fiber and potassium, we could eat this bowl every day … and so could our kids! CA Avocados will be back in season in the spring, and we can’t wait!
The coloring book and recipes would not be complete without Greek yogurt. Thanks to our friends at Cabot Creamery, we blended protein-rich Greek-style yogurt into our Pretty Pumpkin Smoothie Bowl. Visit their blog for the recipe.
The National Processed Raspberry Council and the National Mango Board teamed up with us to create this fiber-rich, super fun, and super flavorful smoothie bowl. You should see the coloring page for this recipe! Check out the book for the coloring page 🙂
We love working with the National Peanut Board, and they were the inspiration behind this oh-so-yummy peanut butter and chocolate bowl. Protein, fiber, and fun flavors: What more could you ask for?
And what would a cookbook be without Peanut Butter & Jelly. This is the coloring page for our PB&J Smoothie Bowl. Visit the National Peanut Board for the complete recipe.
