Please join me for an evening/morning of food and fun at my Meal Makeover Mom Cooking Party! At the party, I'll prepare quick and healthy recipes from The Moms' Guide to Meal Makeovers. This family-friendly cookbook was written by two busy moms, who also happen to be registered dietitians. They understand the challenges of feeding families day after day and know that getting picky eaters to devour their vegetables isn't always easy. I've learned a lot from these authors and now it's your turn to discover just how easy and delicious great nutrition can be.
