Southwestern Turkey Wraps

Makes 4 Servings


  • 6 ounces lower-sodium deli turkey
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Mexican blend or Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and cut into thin slices
  • Four 8-inch whole wheat flour tortillas


  1. Arrange the turkey, cheese, salsa, and avocado down the center of each of the tortillas.
  2. Roll up tightly and slice in half. Cover with plastic wrap to keep the avocado from turning brown.
