Blueberry Frosty

Makes 4 Servings

When we were kids, a weekly treat from the ice cream man was a huge deal. Nowadays, however, some kids expect a treat every time the ice cream truck rolls by (which, as you know, can be daily). To put the kibosh on all those frozen goodies, make your own. This Blueberry Frosty is naturally sweet, super nutritious, and provides a serving of fruit in every frosty glass.

2 cups lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
4 ice cubes

Combine the frozen yogurt, blueberries, and ice in a blender. Blend until well combined. Serve in individual glasses with a spoon or straw.
