Banana Strawberry Smoothie

Makes 3 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup lowfat strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 ripe banana

Directions

  1. Place the juice, strawberries, yogurt, and banana in a blender. Blend until well combined. Pour into individual glasses and serve with a straw.
