Blueberry Frosty

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine the frozen yogurt, blueberries, and ice in a blender. Blend until well combined. Pour into individual glasses and serve with a spoon or straw.
