Hi, we’re Janice & Liz, authors, dietitians, and the Meal Makeover Moms. We would love it if you could hang out in our kitchen and cook with us. But since that’s not possible (unless of course we build our dream demonstration kitchen with stadium seating!) we’re bringing our kitchen to you. From fast weeknight dinners to practical advice on getting picky eaters to gobble up their vegetables without complaint, our how-to videos are designed to make family mealtime easy, healthy, delicious and fun.
